to daily feedback from the client’s caregiver.
Each report is updated monthly and family
members or loved ones will be notified by email
when a new ComForcare Report is ready to be
viewed. This valuable report offers a timely and
accurate assessment of the client’s status in
each of five categories including attitude,
appearance and hygiene, mental alertness,
mobility, and interaction with the caregiver. A
summary and suggestions for improvement are also
included. If you prefer, the ComForcare Report
is also available by mail.
